Session: Agile As A Mindset: Product Delivery Framework
Agile, like leadership, is a mindset. It's a way of thinking that emphasizes the ability to adjust quickly, embrace failures as opportunities for learning, and bounce back quickly. Beyond simply serving as a methodology for team organization, managing uncertainty, prioritizing customers, and adapting to changing requirements, the Agile mindset involves comprehension, collaboration, continuous learning, and maintaining flexibility to achieve outstanding performance and meet customer needs. Forbes has classified the Agile management revolution as a transformative force in the world of work.
Initially started for software development, today it is extended to different management sectors and a wide range of organizations, including the largest and fastest-growing companies globally. Some scholars equate the Agile mindset with the Growth Mindset. Understanding and embracing this mindset can benefit teams and organizations by enhancing their adaptability. Furthermore, adopting this mindset can help individuals in attaining personal and financial goals as well as career growth. During this session, Dr. Albar will draw from her experience as a Program Manager in both large corporations and startups.
