Solutions Architects are the trusted advisors to New Relic prospects and clients. As part of the Strategic SA Organization, you will support New Relic customers observability transformation initiatives. Solutions Architects work collaboratively with New Relic’s customers across segments, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing organizations. You will collaborate to work on strategic engagements requiring a higher degree of strategic planning, consulting, hands-on technical expertise, and internal New Relic cross-departmental collaboration.
Solution Architects help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of the New Relic platform with customers by becoming the trusted advisor. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting. Proficiency in connecting technology solutions to measurable business value is critical to a Solutions Architect. Candidates should also have a demonstrated skill to think strategically about business, products, and technical problems.
You will specialize in leading observability land and expand opportunities by providing thought leadership for solution design, implementation of best practices, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll enable the measurement and analysis of the success of New Relic’s go-to-market strategy, both the land and expand motions.
