As a Senior Benefits Specialist, On a global level,  you will assist in administering all global benefits plans, programs, policies and processes outside of the US. What you'll do
  • Assists with strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs
  • Proactively partners with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement
  • Looks for continuous improvements with benefits and wellness programs
  • Ensures benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication
  • Ensures benefits programs are efficient and scalable
This role requires

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management
  • Strong understanding of benefit management in India with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions in APJ and EMEA
  • Utilizes best practices within the software and tech industries
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience managing benefits budgets in multiple geographies
  • Experience managing time off and leave programs
  • Stays apprised of market trends and changing legislation  
  • Software and tech company experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests 
  • Intermediate consulting skills 
  • Intermediate analytical ability 
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to assist with and/or prepare and deliver executive level presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
