We are seeking a Senior Manager in our Global IT Supply Chain organization with responsibility for SAP Materials Management. Candidate will be the primary point of engagement for business clients to engage with Global IT, on developing and maintaining business applications related to SAP Procurement, Materials Management and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration. S/he would provide innovative solutions in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Materials Management, Procurement, Ariba and the Supply Chain in general, including strong knowledge of data by leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and must demonstrate broad knowledge of Supply Chain Materials Management and Procurement business processes. Additionally, candidate must have an excellent understanding of project management, understanding the dependency of his/her work in relation to other projects, excellent teamwork abilities and a good understanding of change management principles.
What You’ll Do for Us

Business requirements ownership and translation into functional and technical requirements

Being the voice of Supply Chain Materials Management and Procurement to the development team to ensure the solution is delivered with integrity and respect to the customer needs

Configuration for the area of MM, Table maintenance, Release Management and other development activities

Project management responsibilities: Deliver quality product for each project or phase on time, within budget and quality (no disruption to the business team). Manage the day to day of the project: timeline, resources issues, project issues, status report.

Leadership role in defining and managing cross organizational business initiatives and SAP solutions globally.

Identify key opportunities for processes, applications and SAP solutions improvement and lead the development.

Provide SAP or applications support to users in problem solving, proposing a technical solution or training guidance and/or coordinating with production support the resolution of defects. Ensure to drive business continuity throughout business locations

Validate and Challenge business requirements to support future business growth. Translate them into functional specification, coordinate design, test and implementation of new functionality and processes to meet business needs.

Provide leadership, guidance and technical support in applicable areas.

Work with users to co-ordinate information exchange and knowledge transfer, particularly around system/business change and enhancements. Leverage User capability by delivering SAP processes training in your areas.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Technical, Business or related field.

5+ Years of experience on SAP ERP systems (ECC and/or S4/HANA) on Materials Management, Sourcing and Procurement areas

Deep knowledge of SAP Materials Management module, clear understanding of integration points with upstream and downstream processes

Strong experience in configuration in MM or P2P cycle, Table maintenance, Release Management and other development activities.

Strong experience in PO Release, Sub-contract Processing, STO, Third party process, Service Procurement Processes, invoice verification

IDOC / EDI interface experience

Understanding or knowledge of Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and/or other Ariba modules an advantage

Prior knowledge of AI/ML to deliver automation use-cases in Procurement will be an advantage.

Experience with IBP interface will be an advantage.

Demonstrate the ability to work in a complex global matrix organization, to lead cross-functional teams, having excellent understanding of relevant business requirements and dynamics as well as establishing networks with key stakeholders.
